1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

2 Eligibility & Registration

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

3.3 Reporting Unauthorised Access

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your s2777 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any required verification. Bonus funds are not withdrawable upon account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount on s2777 is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 4.3 Withdrawal Processing

4.4 Currency and Conversion

5 Bonuses & Promotions

s2777 reserves the right to void bonus awards and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where the platform identifies any of the following: (a) creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; (b) low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk; (c) coordinated betting between accounts for the purpose of bonus exploitation; or (d) any other conduct that s2777 determines, in its reasonable discretion, constitutes an abuse of the bonus system.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

s2777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. 6 Gaming Rules & Conduct

6.1 Game Rules

It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. s2777 shall not be liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a gaming session, s2777 will endeavour to resolve the issue as promptly as possible. Where a malfunction affects the outcome of a game round, s2777 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the player's wallet. 6.3 Wager Acceptance

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the s2777 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage or to replicate human gaming behaviour;
• Collusion with other players, including sharing of hole cards in poker variants or coordinating bets to exploit the platform;
• Fraud, misrepresentation, or the provision of false identifying information;
• Money laundering, structuring of deposits or withdrawals, or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Accessing or attempting to access s2777 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;

8 Intellectual Property

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, s2777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failures outside s2777's reasonable control; interruption of service due to scheduled or emergency maintenance; delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment service providers; or losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit s2777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10 Responsible Gaming

12 Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments

s2777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, s2777 will provide reasonable notice to affected players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR directive or applicable law. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12.2 Termination by s2777

s2777 may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) s2777 is required to do so by PAGCOR or any applicable regulatory authority; (c) s2777 identifies fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; or (d) continued provision of services to you would expose s2777 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for breach, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is established, legitimate real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of all applicable verification requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account termination, irrespective of whether a breach has occurred.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Presidential Decree No. 1869 (as amended by Republic Act No. 9487) governing PAGCOR's operations, and applicable provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Where informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the dispute to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.3 Language

These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
